  3. As a licenced motor trader, we always stand behind the vehicles we sell, our own or on behalf. If things go wrong with a vehicle, as they do, we are here to fix and protect the buyer for weeks or months after they’ve purchased. You would not expect or be able to enforce that from a private seller.

Buyers will often need do to a Trade-In, which we can accommodate or require Full or Part Vehicle Finance or require Mechanical Breakdown Insurance or a number of other services and different insurances. We do it all in house, talking care of the process from start to finish. Not being able to accomodate even one of those, private sellers are limited to only cash buyers. And the more expensive the vehicle gets, the more likely those buyers would want to finance.

  5. Reachable by phone 24/7 and test drives available 7 days a week. Being a team of people, we are not bound or restricted by holidays, working hours or other factors. If someone wants to purchase a vehicle on the spot, we will be available to accomodate them!

  6. We will ensure the vehicles are very well groomed, presented professionally both at our shop and online, with clear photos and a comprehensive description explaining all the features of your vehicle.

  7. Mechanically sound with pre-purchase inspection done, with up to date wof, rego and rucs if applicable.

  8. Issues with the vehicle will also be made clear to potential buyers to ensure there are no future surprises.

  9. If the vehicle needs some repairs done first, we will organize that for you through our network. Whether is panel & paint, mechanical, upholstery or other work, we will take care of it and keep you informed every step of the way.

  10. Trade-Ins, Vehicle Finance and Mechanical Breakdown Insurance Available (as mentioned in #4). Those are so important, we had to mention them twice.

  11. As a licenced motor trader, we sell vehicles for a higher value overall than private sellers. We also carry much more responsibility once sold. Generally speaking, buyers would rather pay more knowing they are protected and looked after, than pay less buying privately and with little to no future security.

  12. You can either leave the vehicle with us during this whole process, or continue driving it and we will liaise times that suit you for potential buyers to look at it.

What is involved

  1. Contact us and we will put together a Sale On Behalf Quote. This will be a comprehesive breakdown of all the costs involved, including estimated sale value, any services, licencing fees, comission fees and a final, costumer net gain value. It is all as transparable and accurate as possible.

  2. If you are satisfied with the sale on behalf quote, get in touch with us and we will send you a form to fill out and a copy of our Terms and Conditions for this service. Once all the boxes have been ticked and standards have been met, we will carry out any work that may be required on it. Once completed, we will then begin the advertising process, making sure to complete the sale as fast and efficiently as possible while aiming to get the best money possible for it. It’s that easy!


Our fees

  • Marketing Fee of $850.00 (incl gst), which will cover the pre-sell mechanical inspection, all the research, advertising, listing fees, administration, photos and description, inquiries, viewing and test driving, negotiating, unlimited washes while for sale & pre-purchase groom etc. TradeMe & the Mechanical Inspection alone, account for more than 50% of the Marketing Fee costs.

  • Sold Fee of 7% (minimum $1,500, incl gst) are only once the vehicle has been sold & the new ownership papers have been signed.

  • OPTIONAL: Have a custom video made of the vehicle to showcase all its features and characteristics and give it that special sale touch that helps it stand out for another $300.00 incl gst.
